The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8. Every booking includes a $150 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned within 3–7 days of checkout if no issues are found

Please bring your own sheets. Pillows and some bath and beach towels are provided.

We keep things simple and transparent so you can focus on the pines, the water, and making memories.

How Payment Works

A 20% deposit by e-transfer holds your dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Your $500 security deposit is due with the balance / at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Check-in is from 3:00 PM so we can make sure the cottage is ready for you. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day. Well-behaved pets may be welcome with prior approval

Winter Stays - the road is plowed, Firewood for the wood stove is provided

30 or more days before check-in: full refund
14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before check-in: non-refundable

Quiet Hours & Nature First

To protect the peace of Kecil Lake, quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please minimize waste, respect the local wildlife, and fully extinguish all campfires before heading in for the night.
