All bookings are subject to a standard $150 cleaning fee and a refundable $500 security deposit. We aim to keep your cottage getaway simple and transparent so you can focus on the pines and the water.
Key Policies
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, allowing us to ensure the cottage is pristine for your arrival. We kindly ask that guests check out by 11:00 AM on their day of departure to accommodate our cleaning schedule.
Guest Ethics & Nature First
To protect the peaceful atmosphere of Kecil Lake, we maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask all guests to respect our 'Nature First' policy by minimizing waste and preserving the local flora and fauna. Please ensure all campfires are fully extinguished before retiring for the night.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund. For late cancellations, we will do our best to rebook the dates and credit you accordingly.
